Making changes....???

I've changed my phone number, my e-mail adress, I've cut my hair, I've been to the new store in my town, I've spend a lot of money on stuffs, I've changed everything that is around me. And guess what: I'm still here, in the same place that I've been yesterday, I have the same nightmares, 'cause my thoughts are the same, nothing changed in the end, at list not the right things.
Never start the changes from outside, 'cause you'll always see them in the same way that you used to see them before, all that has changed is the colour and the form of those things, not the meaning. The meaning that has to change is inside you. Change your unhealthy thoughts and you'll find a new meaning of the world! It's all about you!
